Retreat Meal Examples

LUNCHES

  • Miso mushroom pho, rice noodles, snap peas, toppings //  sea salt edamame

  • Charred chipotle vegetable and black bean tacos, fresh salsa, quacamole // Spanish rice

 

DINNERS

  • Pineapple cashew curry, tofu, turmeric spiced rice // cucumber, tomato, dill salad

  • Cauliflower polenta, red pepper, chick pea, and mushroom ragu  // simple green salad, pumpkin seed vinaigrette

  • Farro salad, cast iron carrots, baby kale, green beans, avocado, golden raisin, hazelnut  // heirloom tomato soup

DESSERTS

  • Double chocolate cake

  • Sea salt apple crumble

  • peanut ganache           

24 hour available snacks include-

 

Beverages: Juice, Water, Tea, Coffee and more.

Snacks: Fruit, nuts, seeds, hippeas, popcorn, protein bars and more.

Beer and wine is only served during dinner with a 2 glass max per person. Guests only 21+
